Increasing self-awareness

Battle Scars is a 100% survivor led and run organisation. All our resources have been put together by our service users, volunteers and staff, by people with lived experience. 
A lot of the work linked to managing self-harm requires self-awareness. Here are some of the resources we use at our groups
