Support for under 16's

Schools and youth organisations can request a 15-min video which could be shown in groups, classrooms or whole school assemblies. We also offer support to families and friends of people who self-harm.
​We advise that the Facebook group may not be suitable for young teenagers.
​More services will be developed as we grow
