Zoom groups for parents / family / friends of people who self-harm

Unfortunately the stigma surrounding self-harm is still strong, making it hard to talk about it and not the sort of topic you casually discuss with your neighbour or colleague. This results in family and friends of people who self-harm becoming isolated and trying to both contain the situation and support their loved one.

We can help: we run a regular virtual group for adults whose loved one self-harms, no matter the age of that person.
The group runs every other Tuesday evening at 6:30 to 8pm (see calendar below for dates - this group does not run in August or between Christmas and New Year). Groups are capped to 12 (including facilitators). You don't need to have your video on and you can register under any name you feel comfortable with.
