The Battle Scars 12-step self-harm addiction programme workbook & support group

Do you depend on self-harm to cope, feel in control, or manage emotions — whether you see it as an addiction or not? This programme was created by people with lived experience to support others on their journey.
The 136-page workbook is packed with activities and questions to help you:
  • Build self-awareness
  • Explore your relationship with self-harm
  • Develop healthier coping strategies
  • Work step by step towards lasting change
Who it’s for:
  • Adults (18+)
  • Younger people can order the Discovery Journal instead
What you get:
  • Free workbook (PDF or hard copy – small admin/postage fee applies)
  • Discreet packaging, no reference to Battle Scars or self-harm
  • Every hard copy includes 3 crisis cards
  • Optional fortnightly Zoom support group run by the Battle Scars CEO, main author of the book
