"The training was exemplary, much needed as we probably encounter situations regarding disordered eating more than we appreciate - it also gave me more insight into reasons why some of my clients may not engage fully.
The trainers recounted private emotional experiences with such poignancy and gave an amazing insight into what is going on for an individuals on a daily basis, not to mention the journeys people are continuously on. It also made me think more about the power of language, how I use this and how they can impact. So useful, I did feel the training should be mandatory for all our staff but understand their may not be the funding for this - which is why I will ensure I share my experience as it is one that will now define my outlook and the way I interact with people".
"I wish all training sessions were this good; informative, honest, real"
