There's a choice of chairs. Room is set up with tables with fidget toys, colouring and other quiet activities available. Feel free to bring your own, e.g. crochet. Refreshments provided. No food is allowed in the room but food can be consumed in the kitchen. 
This is also an opportunity to visit Onward House and meet Battle Scars staff and other people who use our services.
No pressure to socialise. Feel free to bring a friend.
