Face-to-face group for parents / family / friends of people who self-harm

Caring for someone who self-harms can feel overwhelming and isolating — but you don’t have to go through it alone. Our small, welcoming group offers a safe space to connect with others who understand what you’re going through. Whether the person who self-harms is a child or an adult, you’re welcome here (participants must be 18+).
Every other Wednesday 6:30–8:00pm Drop-in — no booking needed, just come along when you can. No postcode restrictions — if you can get here, you can join us Here you can:

"Battle Scars is a charity that understands the trauma I am facing when dealing with my distressed and confused child. No statutory agency I’ve come across understands this the way the people at Battle Scars do. They do more than listen to me, they hear me! I am not alone, I can smile here, I am supported here, and I can support others too"
