Daytime face-to-face support group in Leeds for over 50s
Our peer support groups are safe, relaxed spaces where you can simply be yourself. Whether you’re struggling or managing your self-harm well, you’ll find understanding peers, optional activities, and the freedom to share as much or as little as you like. No pressure, no judgment — just support, connection, and a place to belong.
Self-harm can take different forms in older people, e.g. self-neglect. Battle Scars has a very broad definition. This group is for people 50 or over, specifically focusing at the challenges faced by people in this age group.
