Daytime face-to-face support group in Leeds for over 50s
Whether you're really struggling or managing your self-harm quite well, our groups are the place to be yourself, to drop the mask, to enjoy the company of peers, to discuss your experiences and work on strategies to manage life in healthier ways.
Self-harm can take different forms in older people, e.g. self-neglect. Battle Scars has a very broad definition. This group is for people 50 or over, specifically focusing at the challenges faced by people in this age group.
This group will launch on Friday 27 September 2024 running every other week and is "sandwiched" by social time.
